MARY LU PARK, owned by Mary Lu Homeowners Association, Inc., is a resident-owned mobile home park in Charlotte Harbor, FL We have 104 lots all owned by shareholders. We are located on the Peace River and have a 10′ x 200′ pier that we enjoy the sunsets or fish and crab. If you are in the area, why don’t you check us out.
