About Mary Lu Homeowners Association, Inc.<\/span><\/p>\n Mary Lu Mobile Home Park, located on the north shore of the beautiful Peace River directly across <\/span>from Punta Gorda, is a small park with 104 homes.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n The park is mortgage free and wholly owned by the residents. The all-volunteer management <\/span>team helps to keep the maintenance fees among the lowest in the state. The approximately 18 acres of <\/span>land provides plenty of space for large lots and a park like setting with plenty of tropical trees and bushes.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n A Fishing Pier built in 2002, a Recreational Hall that was built in 2006 were among <\/span>the amenities enjoyed by the residents and their visitors.\u00a0 Our pier was destroyed by Hurricane Helene and then Milton.\u00a0 \u00a0At the annual meeting in March 2026, we voted to rebuild the pier.\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Our park is close to shopping, many fine restaurants <\/span>and all the diverse facilities and activities that the Charlotte Harbor area is renowned for. We are conveniently <\/span>located on Harborview <\/span>Road approximately<\/span> 3 miles from Interstate 75 at exit 167.
